Designation: Engagement Manager
Location: Mumbai (with extensive international travel)
Key description of Role
Job profile includes managing consulting projects with focus on Financial services clients. Profile of engagements cut across strategy formulation, Balanced Scorecard development, process realignment, organizational restructuring and technology transformation areas.
Typical areas of focus include corporate & retail banking, cards, wealth management, Treasury, Technology and Operations. Rich understanding of Digital innovations, Fintech and industry standard technology platforms will be valued. Experience in both formulation and execution areas will be key.
Primary responsibility includes consulting engagement delivery, client relationship and team management. Role includes active client engagement across senior / middle level, issue identification, solution development and presentation. As an EM, additional responsibilities also include proposal development and cross-sell within existing client relationships.
Job involves extensive use of office applications - PowerPoint, Excel & Word. We have offices in global cities, and a large number of programs are presently executed in the Asia/Middle East region.
Position Competencies
- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- At least 1-2 experience in project lead / Engagement Management roles
- Good understanding of Fin Services industry & Fintech
- Good academic pedigree, high grades from Tier-1 B-school
- Good verbal & written Communication
- Willingness to travel & long term career in consulting
