Job Description
The Client is looking for experienced executives who have championed or consulted for growth in their organizations.
Responsibilities
- Build a new consulting business
- Drive key account relationships with C-level decision makers
- Project Manage growth assignments
- Analyze macro-trends and consumer insights and recommend optimal strategies to customers.
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of advise and support.
- Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality work
- Manage matrixes/multiple relationships across our different op cos. within the company's network
The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for the category. We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success, dealing with ambiguity, successfully manage teams and problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.
Minimum Qualification
- B.tech or MBA from a premier college
- 5-10 years of work experience in scaling up businesses (Digital/ FMCG/ Direct Consulting)
Ideal Candidate :
- Premier school passout
- Worked with one of the big consulting firms OR an FMCG company with having scaled and grown FMCG product portfolio. If you have been a Product Manager with an FMCG company or a Business Head at a start up like bigbasket/ grofers
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding revenue goals
- Ability to effectively manage time, reach decision-makers and quickly determine opportunity potential
- Passion in growth led assignments
