Job Description

We are looking to hire Engagement Manager- Business Development

The Role :

An enterprising Business Development Manager is sought for the expansion of the Indian market to identify news business opportunities while building relationships with existing clients. This is a very unique job opportunity as this individual will have the opportunity to help build the Indian team and business from the ground up including helping to select those people with whom they will work, –combined with the joy of joining a company that already has a proven business model and strong revenue growth from its existing operations as well as astrong executive and advisor team.

The Responsibilities -

- You will be a key member of Inolyst’s business development and sales team in India, closing business with your industry expertise, deep network of relationships and passion for identifying,structuring and managing complex commercial relationships with Technology based companies across India.

- As Engagement Manger you will naturally be expected to make sales appointments, make independent sales calls and presentations, close contracts and manage ongoing account management for repeat business.

- Relationship building and networking within the Hi-tech industry is crucial to the success of this role.

- The ideal candidate should be entrepreneurial and a motivated business development professional who works independently and employ tactical and strategic methods to develop new opportunities in B2B markets for our growing IP service solutions.

Desired Skills & Experience

Key Objectives:

- Establishing and maintaining professional business relationships with various prospected clients

- Building an independent sales pipeline

- Managing all aspects of driving revenue, from initial contact through closing business

- Obtaining and providing territory information regarding market intelligence

- Partnering with internal teams such as Marketing, pre sales and other patent specialists to achieve revenue goals

The Candidate

- Effective relationship building skills as a strategy for dealing with customers

- Demonstrating a high level of professional qualities and a disposition that commands attention and respect from clients of every demographic

- Extremely comfortable in fast-paced,high-growth startup environment; exceptionally comfortable with ambiguity and decision-making in the absence of perfect information. Think like an owner.

- Strong selling skills including communication,negotiation, and presentation with a history of sales success in B2B or technical markets

- Should have min 4-5 years of BD experience selling services solutions to corporate and interacting with CXO level executives.

- Proven successful track record of closing deals and delivering on sales targets
