Educational Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Business, Statistics or Economics

Work Locations: New York / New Jersey / Atlanta / Bentonville / Austin / Dallas / California Bay Area / Seattle / Portland based on project requirements

An Engagement Manager interacts with clients on a daily basis translating their business needs into analytical problem-solving frameworks. He/She spearheads an account, manages a team, works in tandem with the team to analyze data and comes up with high impact, actionable insights to improve client businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working closely with the client to understand their business challenges and narrowing down on the problem areas

- Evaluating and identifying the right data elements, providing context and cascading the requirements to the onsite and offshore delivery team

- Analyzing the problems, working on data hands – on and presenting results to senior management through insightful recommendations and business presentations

- Managing a team of Associates, engaging with the team to delegate work and ensuring adherence to deadlines

- Ensuring service delivered is consumed and creating tangible business impact

- Attending idea-sharing sessions, seminars and connect-meetings, etc to engage in problem-solving activities

- Ability to make sense of ambiguity, think on your feet and maintain objectivity while solving problems

- Team management and inter-personal skills
