Engagement Leader/Engagement Director - IT Innovation Firm

Position: Engagement Leader (Engagement Director or equivalent) for a Mumbai based IT Innovation Organization which is Community of experts and provides value added IT & Process Consulting services to its client

Client Name: Confidential (Based in Mumbai) and driven by IT Leaders

Base Location: Mumbai

Salary:

- Fixed: 40-60L Per Annum.

- Variable: to be mutually decided

- Equity Options Available

Job Description: Deep passion for Sales as well as Delivery to create outstanding, sustainable success for our Key Accounts. Strong Value Engineering and negotiation skills, Large & Transformational deals creation and execution.

Ideal Background :

- 10+ years (12-18 years ideally) Experience driving large IT enabled business transformations.

- Rich Experience delivering transformation initiatives in a specific domain.

- Exposure to Enterprise Applications/Digital Technologies/Design Thinking.

- Industry in Focus: FMCG/Tire/Agrochemicals/Pharma/ Auto

- Geography: India

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Development :

- Identify set of Key Accounts with compelling business targets

- Strategic Selling to top executives across verticals.

- Identify & execute sales and marketing programs for business growth

2. Key Account Management :

- Engage the CXO layer - Appreciate business imperatives of Key Accounts - Position the 10XTD Proposition -

- Envision a compelling POV to drive business imperatives.

- Manage various projects with the customer

- Manage the overall customer relationship

- Create Newer Opportunities with Existing Customers

3. Project Delivery :

- Own Deliverables across multiple projects with the customer

- Lead multiple teams from 10XTD Network

- Leverage the 10XTD Digital Platform (Partners, Experts, Insights & Intelligence )

- To ensure POV is delivered end to end (Concept to Value Realization)

- To up-sell and cross-sell incremental initiatives
