Location-Hyderabad Work from Office
Experience -5 to 8 years in CRM systems like Veeva, Omnipresence or IQVIA SFE, in SFE / Sales & Marketing / CRM & CLM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Creating IT strategy that not only aligns with business priorities but also creates and enables new business models that add competitive advantage to business.
- Enable field force with new solutions to be more productive inside and outside the clinic every day and win in the markets.
- Building thought leadership and expertise in emerging technologies and creatively applies it to different needs of the business.

- Driving continuous Business Process Simplification, Improvement and Excellence.
- Implementation of projects within time and budget addressing critical business needs leveraging appropriate technology.
- Driving and Ensuring benefit realization of various implemented projects.
- Sustaining and maintaining a world class IT infrastructure and Application landscape.
- Accomplished product owner within India or MNC pharma or life sciences consulting experience managing CRM and SFE omnichannel digitization initiatives for large field force (5000+) around HCP and patients
- Digital transformation champion who takes the initiative from ideation to rollout through consistent change management delivery efforts
- CRM and SFE Expert with deep domain and functional understanding. At least 5-7 years of experience with multiple greenfield implementations of CRM and supporting systems with proven benefits to the business topline
- Expert Knowledge of CRM systems like Veeva, Omnipresence or IQVIA
- Excellent Functional knowledge of SFE domain within life sciences and would have worked on within India and other markets
- Ability to identify and leverage Best Practices and Digital Technology trends across Industries for Pharma Sales and Marketing with focus on end user Experience
- Candidate would be expected to bring thought leadership and will lead independently /minimal supervision: Managing, improving and leveraging the whole stack of digital systems supporting the field force.
- Understand the current business and leverage SFE Best practices, Technology Best practices to help business improve Sales Force productivity and Marketing effectiveness.
- Deeper understanding of agile practices.
- Conceptualization of Adoption Methodology, Change Management and Business Benefit Realization of Sales Force system for tangible business impact
- Effectively manage projects within schedule & budget in coordination with implementation partners
- Facilitate Ideation, Collaboration and Knowledge Management to enhance business value
- Ensure Business Process Improvement, Change Management and Benefit Realization to add Business Value.
- Technical Requirements: Lifesciences CRM, Sound knowledge of Sales & Marketing, SFE, Business Process Management, Business Process Re-engineering and Improvements, Business Analysis, Project Management, Vendor Management, Omni Channel, HCP and Patient experience initiatives
- Educational Qualifications: MBA/Engineer (Sales & Marketing) from top B-schools/Engineering Institution. Agile Practitioner preferred
- Language: Proficiency in English language Experience Required: Experience in SFE / Sales & Marketing / CRM & CLM
