We are looking for a matured Data Center, IT Infrastructure, NOC professional having 12+ years experience in a customer facing role. The brief job description is given below:
Job Description:
- Experience in handling Datacenter IT operations & NOC, Preferably Service provider experience
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure services, Preferably hands-on experience of IT managed services
- Good Technical understanding of Server, Operating Systems, Backup, Storage, Databases, Network and Security technologies.
- SLA Management & reporting for customers
- Responsible for P&L of different customer accounts
- Ensuring timely response & resolution for customer raised incidents/requests
- Capability to handle multi-vendor environment
- Responsible for developing competency for team, defining KPIs and Performance Measurement System for team
- Good communication skill & Customer interaction
- Keep team motivated and ability to deliver results under pressure
- Strong people management skills
- Strong team management/leadership skills, Providing managerial and technical leadership for the team
- Proficiency in managing large technical teams, Preferably managed 75+ size teams
- Good understanding of IT processes and frameworks like ITIL
- Experience of working with monitoring system
- Capable of handling internal/external Audits
Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma with 12-15 Yrs. Experience of which recent 3-5 years must be in leadership roles and leading an overall team size of 75+.
Certifications Preferred:
- ITIL, PMP
