The Work You'll Do -

Our Digital Marketing team is accountable for the planning, development, design and execution of inbound digital marketing efforts through various tools and processes, such as -web properties, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), digital advertising and emerging online channels. Our newly opened Digital Marketing Manager will oversee those responsibilities specific to our M&A strategy and integration process.

Ultimately, you will help market enagely.ai solutions and help enable our teams to help customers solve their business problems.

What will you specifically do when you start?

- Manage corporate and newly acquired web properties to support the company's business objectives, including brand awareness, demand generation and sales acceleration.

- Develop, rebrand, and activate digital assets; including web pages, infographics, videos, and event and sales materials.

- Use digital metrics (e.g. site traffic, visitor paths, conversation rates) to optimize and integrate inbound marketing channels.

- Develop an SEO strategy from scratch: creating a master keyword list to on-page and off-page SEO activities. Increase relevant website traffic through SEO. Suggest content writing best practices to the content creation team to ensure best SEO results.

- Coordinate cross-functionally with various marketing teams as well as technology, support, and operations to align activity with broader integration initiatives.

- Handle end to end strategy, planning and execution of paid channels such as google ads, linkedin PPC campaigns, facebook campaigns etc. Achieve MQL and SQL target using the channels.

- Establish inbound measurement methodology and analyze results in terms of ROI and success criteria (attraction, engagement, qualification, acceleration) when it comes to integrating new brands and websites.

- Set inbound lead goals and measure results for integrated websites across multiple channels.

- Oversee the integration of digital media, associated spend, branding updates, and organic search against performance metrics to optimize results

What We Are Looking from You:

- Professional experience in digital marketing, with an emphasis on SEO/Inbound Marketing for B2B organizations

- Experience in marketing video and audio content on digital platforms

- 4-5 years of relevant experience in B2B digital marketing

- Proficient in google analytics, google keywords, linkedin campaign manager, google adwords.

- At least an intermediate understanding of wordpress and website backend setup

- A drive to explore new tools that can aid digital marketing efforts

- Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing and speaking)

- Experience in managing a team of at least 3-4 member
