Job Description:
As the Brand Manager at Energia, you will spearhead the development and execution of strategic branding initiatives to strengthen our market presence and reinforce our commitment to sustainable energy solutions. You will be responsible for devising and implementing marketing strategies that resonate with our brand vision and contribute to brand awareness, loyalty, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Energia's vision and strategic objectives.
Brand Positioning: Define and maintain a clear and compelling brand positioning in the Saudi Arabian market, differentiating Energia from competitors.
Brand Identity: Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand identity, including logos, visual assets, and brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application.
Content Creation: Create and oversee the creation of high-quality content that effectively communicates our brand narrative and values across various channels, including social media, website, and marketing collateral.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and engagement, utilizing digital marketing, advertising, and events.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and growth opportunities for the Energia brand in Saudi Arabia.
Brand Collateral: Collaborate closely with design and content teams to develop brand collateral such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
Budget Management: Efficiently manage the brand marketing budget, optimizing expenditures to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Brand Partnerships: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance the brand's visibility and reach within the Saudi Arabian market.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record in brand management or marketing roles, with a minimum of [5] years in a leadership position.
- Thorough understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior in the Saudi Arabian context.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
