Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the large industrial and commercial sector, including manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and other relevant facilities.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations, leveraging these connections to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to increase brand awareness and establish industry presence.
- Monitor and analyze market conditions, industry developments, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust business development strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and technical departments, to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing accurate and timely updates to senior management.
- Meet the sales target.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably within the energy industry or related sectors.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
