About the Role:

We are a high-growth energy startup on a mission to revolutionize the energy sector with innovative and sustainable solutions. With a commitment to excellence and a culture of collaboration, we are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Strategic

Projects Manager to join the Founder's Office. This pivotal role will provide critical management support and oversee the execution of strategic projects to drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Project Management: Lead and manage key strategic projects from inception through to completion. This includes project planning, stakeholder management, progress tracking, and reporting.

- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred from tier-1 schools e.g. IIM A/B/C, ISB, etc. A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, or a similar role, preferably in the energy sector or a startup environment.

- Analysis and Reporting: Conduct detailed market, industry, and internal analyses to inform strategic decisions. Prepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes to the founder and senior management team.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the founder's office and other departments, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and promote effective collaboration.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the founder's office and across the company.

- Advisory Support: Provide strategic advice and support to the founder on a wide range of issues, including business strategy, operational excellence, and growth opportunities.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Project Delivery: Successful delivery of strategic projects on time, within scope, and budget, achieving desired outcomes.

- Operational Efficiency: Demonstrable improvements in operational processes and efficiency within the founder's office and company-wide.

- Strategic Impact: Contribution to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that significantly advance the company's mission and growth objectives.

- Stakeholder Satisfaction: High level of satisfaction among internal and external stakeholders regarding engagement, communication, and collaboration.

Requirements:
