The Compliance Operations Manager is part of the Compliance & Ethics team, which is responsible for the creation and management of Endurance International Group's compliance & ethics programs. The Compliance Operations Manager is responsible for oversight of various compliance operations processes and day-to-day management of the compliance analysts performing operations duties. This role will work with Compliance Managers on a day-to-day basis to ensure adequate and effective compliance operations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing and implementing effective and efficient procedures to support operations processes; responsible for designing and delivering related reporting
- Provide leadership, feedback, and coaching to a team of highly-specialized compliance analysts in multiple locations and advocate on their behalf where appropriate
- Develop and maintain documentation of workflows, standard practices, procedures, and job aids to support compliant operations
- Develop and maintain a training curriculum to ensure standardization of knowledge and procedures among team members
- Identify weaknesses and help improve existing processes or develop new processes to keep compliance operations as effective and efficient as possible
- Document and communicate compliance risks and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with Compliance Managers to identify and support the implementation of workflow and process improvements to maximize quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of team

Requirements :
- Master degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of operations experience, preferably in compliance & ethics- or policy-related fields
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple direct reports in multiple locations
- Fluent knowledge of resource management and planning
Skills and Abilities :
- Proven track record of managing personnel and coaching them to improved performance 1
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate at different levels of the organization and with personnel in other locations, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated decision-making skills
- Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive team and environment

- Develop training and mentoring opportunities to assist the operations team in carrying out their work effectively and efficiently
