Encore Capital - Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager - Business Analytics

- Understand end-to-end business processes.

- Independently extract, prepare and analyze gigabytes of data to support business initiatives (e.g. profitability, performance, variance analysis etc).Deploy coding best practices to ensure optimal usage of system resources. Develop solution with support.

- Create and monitor analytical reports to identify issues, trends, opportunities. Generate ideas to improve effectiveness and efficiency of processes. Estimate opportunity size and develop business case.

- Makes recommendations to improve business profitability or processes.

- Present and share data with other team members and to leadership (with support)

- Education-Strong and consistent academic record in engineering, quantitative or statistical field.

- Experience 1-5 years experience in analytics or consulting

- Technical Skills Strong knowledge of SAS / SQL/R/Python.

- Strong Problem solving and analytical aptitude
