The Senior Analyst is primarily responsible to perform in-depth analysis of programs and opportunities in the collections business. The Senior Analyst will make recommendations to improve business profitability or operational processes based on their analysis and may design strategies to implement those recommendations. The role is also responsible for creating and monitoring reports to identify trends, issues and opportunities. - Understand end-to-end business processes. Independently extract, prepare and analyze gigabytes of data to support business initiatives (e.g. profitability, performance, variance analysis etc).Deploy coding best practices to ensure optimal usage of system resources. Develop solution with support. - Create and monitor analytical reports to identify issues, trends, opportunities. Generate ideas to improve effectiveness and efficiency of processes. Estimate opportunity size and develop business case. - Makes recommendations to improve business profitability or processes. - Present and share data with other team members and to leadership (with support) What we are looking for: - 1-3 years experience in analytics or consulting - Engineering Graduate from Tier 1 Engineering college (Most suited batch 2016) - Strong and consistent academic record in engineering, business, quantitative or statistical field - Strong knowledge of SAS. Strong Problem solving and analytical aptitude - Basic understanding of statistical modeling, segmentation, operations analytics Shift Time - 2pm - 11pm
