Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate on a data migration strategy for existing systems that need to migrate to a next-generation Cloud / AWS application software platform 20%

- Collaborate with teams as a key contributor of data architecture directives & documentation: including data models, technology roadmaps, standards, guidelines, and best practices 20%

- Focus on data quality throughout the ETL & data pipelines, driving improvements to data management processes, data storage, and data security to meet the needs of the business customers 15%

- Act as a key facilitator between onshore and offshore Development & Business teams 10%

- Collaborate on Data Warehouse/business intelligence (BI) practices 10%

- Be an active stakeholder throughout the software development life cycle, overseeing the data design & creating data architecture guiderails so that project maintains its technical direction while adjusting the technical design to mitigate unexpected blockers during the project 10%

- Mentor, lead and manage the Enterprise Data management team 15%

EXPERIENCE: 10-14+ years- experience in the design implementation of data architecture strategy. 8+ years- experience of database design & development, with at least 3 years in a senior role

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

- Extensive experience with data architecture strategies & industry best practices

- Excellent skills in data management, data modeling, data services, reporting, and analytics as well as the tools used to support these areas

- Experience with SQL Server, Mongo DB, PostgreSQL and Azure Cloud ecosystem applications is a big plus

- Experience in a self-service Business Intelligence environment a plus

- In-depth knowledge of and proven cloud experience with cloud data management

- Collaborate and develop credibility and rapport with business stakeholders and data stewards

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and delivery experience
