The Who:


We are seeking a motivated and strategic BDM to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with top-tier NAAC A+, A++ private universities in the North region. The primary focus will be on forming mutually beneficial agreements, including profit-sharing and revenue-sharing models, and onboarding these prestigious institutions onto our platform.


Qualifications:


- 5+ years of experience in Edtech sales, specifically targeting universities and colleges.


- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.


- Empathetic and sensitive to clients' needs, addressing requirements from their perspective.


- Proven track record of working with colleges and universities.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.


- Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and lead a team.


- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and sales reports.

Key Responsibilities:


Form Strategic Partnerships:


- Identify and approach top universities which are NAAC A+, A++ private universities in your region for potential collaborations.


- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within these universities to establish and maintain strategic partnerships.


Alliance Formation:


- Collaborate with universities to offer Beyond Odds Bachelor Programs within their premises.


- Work closely with academic departments to integrate our programs seamlessly into the university's educational ecosystem.


Revenue and Cost Sharing Agreements:


- Negotiate and finalize revenue-sharing and cost-sharing agreements with partner universities.


- Ensure all agreements align with UGC guidelines and are mutually beneficial. Compliance with UGC Guidelines:


- Stay updated on UGC guidelines and regulations related to educational collaborations.


- Ensure all partnerships and agreements comply with UGC standards and guidelines. Ensuring


Future Business Opportunities:


- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential partner universities.


- Foster long-term relationships that support sustained business growth and mutual benefits.


Campus Activities Management:


- Maintain and streamline processes related to campus activities, ensuring smooth operations.


- Own the entire end-to-end process, including admissions, program delivery, and student services.


- Generate revenue through effective management and optimization of campus activities and resources.

We, at Emversity, are building Indias first Asset Light University - a full stack employability-led EdTech platform that will Acquire, Train, Certify and Place aspirants into specific job tracks for industries that are facing issues with supply of skilled workforce. The industries that the platform will cater to in the first 8 quarters, we will focus on AHP (Allied Health Professionals) and Nursing, Construction and Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Hospitality and F&B (Culinary).
