Position Description : Emtec is seeking an Oracle Fusion Financial Functional Consultant who can understand business requirements, functional specifications. The Consultant will: - Understand the functional requirements and derive detailed technical specifications - Impact analysis and propose solutions for the enhancement requests - Conduct Requirement Gathering/CRP/UAT sessions with client and onsite team - Work with Onsite and Client teams to configure the system and resolve the issues resulting post implementation - Perform Unit / System Integration testing - Good understanding of all the FIN modules GL,AP,AR,CM,FA - Understanding of SOA, OAF - Oracle Application Framework, JDeveloper, Java Must Have Skills : Minimum experience of 8-10 years in IT that includes : - Extensive Oracle EBS / Fusion Financials Functional experience - Strong experience in Oracle Apps R12 FIN implementation and minimum 1 or 2 Fusion project implementation experience is a must - Good functional knowledge and hands-on experience on Oracle EBS financials (R11i & R12) / Fusion Financials modules such as AR/AP/GL/FA/CM - Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process, and ability to work in a highly customized Oracle Applications Environment - Prior experience in managing activities such as Configurations & Migrations with due process adherence - Experience in providing estimates and responses for RFPs CA/MBA-Finance/BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc Computers or equivalent Preferred Skills : - Knowledge of Oracle development tools and languages such as SQL or PL/SQL Professional Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - A self-driven person with strong drive and motivation - Innovative thinker and problem solver Emtec is an Equal Opportunity Employer
