Role Overview:
- As the Employer Branding Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
- You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to create compelling marketing communications campaigns that showcase our company culture, values, and opportunities for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Employer Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive employer branding strategies aligned with our company values and business objectives.
Content Creation: Create engaging content including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and employee testimonials to promote our employer brand across various channels.
Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with the HR team to develop recruitment marketing materials such as job postings, employer branding collateral, and career site content.
Event Management: Coordinate employer branding events such as job fairs, campus recruiting activities, and employee networking events to attract top talent and increase brand visibility.
Internal Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all internal and external communication channels.
Employer Brand Analytics: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives using metrics such as candidate engagement, employee satisfaction, and brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in employer branding, marketing communications, or talent acquisition.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
