This role will expect you to drive the Employer brand through a range of experiences and touchpoints as well as provide thought leadership, manage business relationships, and execute initiatives to help the organization make progress on diversity and inclusion goals

Deliverable :

- Develop campaigns intended for both internal and external candidates to enhance employee value proposition

- Ideate, develop and produce content for digital and social media platforms

- Work with other teams to develop an integrated communications brief, organize planning sessions within the Employer Brand team (and with other teams) to analyze, ideate, plan and execute campaigns related to building the employer brand, employee engagement or recruitment marketing.

- Develop and manage brand and marketing assets

- Identify external trends and recognize best practice which will increase diversity among the workforce. Work on programs and initiatives to drive inclusion

- Review the organizations workplace, policies and procedures, ensuring that these are all inclusive

- Work closely with HR analytics to drive the diversity related matrix

Personal Attributes :

- Strong command of the English language, with a repertoire of writing styles, including creative copywriting and editorial writing in your experience

- Skill to translate ideas and products into compelling and memorable narratives

- Should be comfortable not just with ideation and strategy, but also flawless implementation, eye for detail

- Collaborate effectively across teams within HR and Business in order to get the job done
