Employer Branding Leader

Looking for a candidate with substantial experience in Employer Branding & Talent / Recruitment Marketing as this role will be Heading the respective strategies & implementation for India region for a Fortune Global MNC

Experience working in complex matrix organization as he/she will be working closely with the TA Director & Regional Head Employer Branding and will also interact with local & global stakeholders regularly

JD:

Your role is to help us strengthen Brand To Hire by increasing employer brand awareness, engaging our audience and converting them into hiring funnel. Key pillars may include but not limited to:

Employer Brand Strategy & Plan: define a strategic, long term employer brand strategy to position as an Employer of Choice and propose annual plans to achieve the ambition, in alignment with local business leaders, CHRO, Marketing and Global stakeholders.

Brand Meaning: Partner with our Global Marketing organization to bring our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) alive to candidates, customers, partners and key stakeholders with a persona- based & localized approach via various touchpoints.

Internal Advocacy: partner with HR and leaders to identify, train and engage Ambassadors and drive Employer Branding from the inside out by continuously improving employee experience.

Digital & Borderless Experience: championing social presence and driving seamless and borderless digital experience.

Campus Engagement & Early Career: play a critical role in positioning, engaging and attracting next generation talents via on-going campus engagement strategy and global flagship programs

Partnership: champion collaboration and engaging internal stakeholders, including HR, Marketing, Business Leaders and employees.

Leadership & Coaching: as the most senior member of the team, provide leadership support and act as a subject matter expert in Employer Branding and Early Career to deliver the desired business impact.
