Employer Branding & Employee Engagement :
- Will play a key role in the development and implementation of a new engagement strategy, core channels, and best practice guidelines, as well as supporting critical change programs. Work on employee Branding.
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans and go-to-market strategies via Social Media and Digital Marketing Channels.
- You will provide communications and engagement guidance to senior internal stakeholders, oversee our business as usual internal communications and engagement - ranging from our intranet and regular e-newsletter to employee surveys, reward schemes, and events - and take a central role in several other employee engagement initiatives. You will also lead the implementation of a new internal engagement platform which aims to build networks and empower employees to take direct ownership of their communications.
- The successful applicant will need to work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, most notably HR, as well as other audience leads responsible for communications.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index across Leadership team and business by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.
- Experience in area of Social Media, Content Marketing - (Employer Branding)
- Developing and delivering the organization's internal communication strategy, planning and calendar of activity, supporting us to increase levels of employee engagement.
- Leading and/or supporting the development and delivery of internal communication plans and materials.
- Lead on the development and implementation of a new engagement platform, which we see as integral to the future of our organizational communications.
- Driving the creation of an employee brand and a more consistent 'look and feel' for Teach First internal communications.
- Initiate and implement innovative Team building and collaborative initiatives that helped improve the Organizational Development Index.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Responsible to develop and implement communications, events and engagement plan.
- Responsible for Employee Engagement, Employee Brand Management, Employee Digital Marketing, Event Management.
- Develop comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy.
- Ensure effective, consistent coordination and implementation of HR business processes, functions and procedures and monitors HR projects and workflow.
Requirements :
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
- Strong track record in Employee Engagement with 3+ years of experience
- Knowledge and understanding of best practice employee engagement theory
- Familiarity with small to medium-sized organizations and matrixed structures/reporting lines
- Experience in setting up and introducing new employee engagement platforms (e.g. Teams, Workplace, Slack)
- The ability to influence and persuade others, especially in situations that require diplomacy and tact.
- Proactive cross-functional partnerships to work effectively with peers and partners throughout the whole organization
- The ability to lead through seeking diversity, fostering inclusion, and a passion to develop every single individual
- A commitment to demonstrably improving team metrics. A positive, flexible, and proactive, hands-on with can-do approach
