Conflict Resolution:
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and disputes in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on conflict resolution strategies.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns.
Policy Development and Implementation:
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and update employee relations policies and procedures.
- Ensure consistent application and enforcement of company policies.
- Educate employees on policies and procedures.
Employee Counselings and Assistance:
- Offer support during times of organisational change, layoffs, or other challenging situations.
Compliance:
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure the organisation's compliance with labor laws and other relevant regulations.
- Conduct training sessions to educate employees and management on compliance matters.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
Employee Engagement:
- Collaborate with HR and management to create and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
