Your role as an Employee Relations Manager is the point of contact for our production and manufacturing facilities in SSAMESA Region. Support all the investigations, respond to labor complaints, help work with unions and works councils, align policies and procedures across the teams.
To provide Industrial relation support to the Plant and drive the ER & HR strategy,
Tamil, English and Hindi communication is mandatory.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing harmonious relations at the work premises, to avoid industrial conflict.
- Monitoring and controlling the governance issues as per the Employment Standing orders.
- Establishing the disciplinary mechanism to ensure fairness, security, and wellbeing among employees.
- Grievance handling including settling any difference(s) or dispute(s).
- Handling statutory and labour compliances of Factory premises, project sites and contractors with 100% adherences.
- To obtain and renew labour license, registration under the Factories Act.
- To maintain records and registers in a digital platform.
- Compiling the data and submission of half yearly returns, annual returns etc. under various labour laws.
- Ensure to handle the vendors, suppliers and manage the audits.
- Support business and keep them update with new labour laws, Acts, and rules.
- To develop sound and result oriented relation with sub-contractors, workers and labour supplier and Government officials.
Qualifications :
- PGDM/MSW/LLB /certificate course in Industrial Relations.
- Certified Welfare Officer from any State or Central Government.
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing industries is preferred.
