We have an urgent opening for ER Manager with an MNC client.

Job description:

- The Employee Relations Manager (India) works closely with Heads of HR.

- Deal with issues for India Directly managing specific cases as agreed with Head of HR.

Proactive case management

Contractual terms and conditions,

Performance management.

Policy development

Investigations.

Grievances.

Disciplinary issues,

Restructuring

Employment litigation preparations.

Must Have

- Strong Legal orientation.

- Must be thoroughly familiar with labor laws - central and state laws and practices

- Manage all employee relations issues end to end, including complex performance issues, complex behavior issues, disciplinary actions etc.

- Use appropriate investigation techniques, good judgment and balanced consideration of all available facts.

- HR Governance and Internal controls

- Prepare case papers and other necessary documentation for each ER case
