Job Description - Job Description Reporting to the Plant Head HR you will be responsible for:
Manager (Head) An opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead the ER/IR function for the largest manufacturing facility for a multinational organization.

Leading the IR function in the largest manufacturing plant.
Advising senior management on appropriate company-wide strategies in case of labor disputes to minimize potential business risks.
Maintaining harmonious Industrial Relations by interacting with various Unions / key opinion leaders and timely redress of grievances for healthy Employee relations.
Analyzing wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan. Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs.
Providing timely payroll data for all employees and timely wage payment.
Ensuring compliance of HR related provisions of all labor legislations in order to meet statutory compliance.
Providing support to line managers by initiating disciplinary proceeding to maintain discipline in the factory.
Management Degree educated with over 7 years relevant experience in handling labor relations, you will demonstrate a track record working within governmental bodies.
You will be expected to have a sound knowledge in handling labor union and disputes whilst be highly sensitive to the market trends at all times.
You will be a good negotiator with good interpersonal skills with can do attitude.
