Job Responsibilities:
Internal Stakeholder management and Business Partnering:
- Interface with various department heads locally and address the different Employee Relations/ HR Generalist needs on a regular basis.
- Implement HR programs in the client groups in order to maintain a healthy work environment.
- Work with the business leaders to monitor and address attrition issues.
- Develop and manage different metrics and analytics for business leaders in order to help them with people trends.
- Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and solutions for achievement of business objectives
- Support & facilitate the Performance Management / Talent Management agenda across teams.
- Publish periodic statistical reports/ dashboards concerning personnel-related data as needed by the business groups.
Employee Engagement and Interaction:
- Conceptualize the employee engagement drivers for the business groups, keeping in mind the business needs, organization priorities and overall HR Strategies.
- Develop and maintain a robust employee communications plan.
- Ensure that the employee queries are handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with the Employee Relations Team for a seamless execution of all ER initiatives.
- Maintain a healthy organizational climate by different employee specific interventions, proper grievance management and openness in the system.
- Carry out different employee specific events and other calendared activities with the help of different teams.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Manages all internal investigation and disciplinary processes related to employees/ people issues.
- Implement appropriate actions to raise employee satisfaction levels and ensure regular two-way feedback is undertaken with employees.
Improving Process Efficiency:
- Develop HR processes and procedures and maintain/update existing procedures. Develop and/or implement company policies.
- Develop & manage HR policies, programs.
- Develop & manage the company intranet site with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, queries on the appraisal process & opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Work with the IS team to develop necessary systems and tools for the organization.
- Implement annual HR programs such as performance reviews, promotions, succession planning, and action plans.
- Improve organizational design and structure, provide change leadership and management coaching, as well as design and deliver management training
Improving Internal Efficiency:
- Manage, coach and develop the HR team and serve as a mentor to other HR professionals.
- Identify training needs & recommend employees for focus training of team members.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employee relations.

Job Criteria:
- 8 – 10 years of experience
- Currently working as an Assistant Manager/ Manager
- Should have handled a large span of employees (1000+)
- Should have people management experience
- Should have worked in a large reputed BPO / KPO / IT / Financial Services company
- Only Male candidates are preferred
