Employee Relations MBA HR with LLB

We have the following requirement with one of the leading Clients in Delhi BFS
- Relevant candidate should have a degree in Law (LLB) along with a Post Graduate Degree in HR Management, with 5 - 6 years of relevant experience, either in litigation or in management.
Target profiles would be someone -
- Law graduate along with an MBA HR working in a reputed FMCG handling or having handled significant Plant HR or Corporate ER, or a practicing Law Graduate in a reputed Law Firm, with 6-7 years of experience in labour and employment litigation
Role Purpose
- To manage with accountability, the employment related litigations and internal disciplinary matters in North India.
- Execute Organization's larger ER strategy to create and maintain a harmonious working environment within the organization.
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance with applicable labour laws, the Group Code of Conduct and other internal policies across the North India Region to avoid internal grievances and escalation into fresh litigation.
