Industrial Relations Expertise:

- The candidate must have a deep understanding of industrial relations practices, including knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and dispute resolution mechanisms.

- Experience in dealing with unions and managing grievances in a pharmaceutical setting is essential.

Employee Relations Skills:

- The ideal candidate will possess strong employee relations skills, with the ability to foster a positive work culture, mediate conflicts, and address employee concerns effectively.

- Experience in developing HR policies and procedures related to employee relations within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Pharmaceutical Industry Experience:

- It is essential that candidates have prior experience working within the pharmaceutical industry.
