Sr. Level - Employee Relations

We are currently looking for a Sr. Level position in Employee Relations with a leading financial organisation at Bangalore / Mumbai

Required experience of 12 - 15 yrs with full time MBA in Financial sectors.

Role involves:

- Developing strategic communications plans & processes for Employee Engagement activities.

- Responsible for Employee Referral program, Group Employee Shareholding Plan

- Redressal of employee grievance and maintaining harmonious employee relations

- Ensuring high engagement level of employees on the floor including planning and executing "Engagement Calendar and ˜R&R Schemes"
