Responsibilities
1. Work closely with employees, teams and leaders to promote a transparent, uniform, fair, congenial and performance-oriented culture aligned to the core values institutionalized at FA.
2. Be accountable, accessible, approachable and responsive to represent HR as an enabling function
3. Be the trusted spoc for employees through the complete employee life cycle. Engage in regular 1-o-1s, formal/ informal connects/ retention conversations/ exit interviews to understand the pulse, take feedback and work with leaders to enhance employee experience, performance and talent retention
4. Be a custodian of processes and policies which are relevant to the business and employee requirements, create a balance between employee experience and spends.
5. Manage, create and implement sustainable people practices to support of a culture of attracting and retaining the best in class talent. Focus on continuous improvement in people practices and create internal and external benchmarks
6. Manage the performance management process and recognition and growth opportunities for employees
7. Own the learning journeys (TNI to delivery) of employees for holistic development in the functional and behavioural capabilities.
8. Work in a boundary less manner to support FA's focus to continue to be a Great Place to
Work Experience & Skills :
1. Full-time MBA in HR with minimum 5 plus years of experience in HR roles
2. Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills
3. Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
4. Experience in automation and project management
5. Go-getter attitude and a strong work ethics
6. Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and solution-oriented attitude
8. Ability to constantly engage with people with empathy
9. Capability to work independently yet seamlessly in a team
10. Good at analyzing data to support the decision - making process
11. Driven by sense of ownership and goal-orientation
