Engagement Planning:
- Manage circle level employee engagement activities
- Create monthly engagement calendar and monthly engagement review
- Create Cross function team for all employee engagement activities
- Planning and conducting CSR Activities in circle
Employee communication:
- Create employee communication platform to continuously update engage employees about latest information
- New Initiatives to energize & motivate workforce and fun at work activities
- Preparing circle level monthly HR Newsletter
- ESAT Score, Gallup Interventions
- Develop circle level strategy for ESAT branding, awareness, and action planning.
- Adherence to survey timelines and score target
- Monitoring Quality plan for circle
- Reward and Recognition
- Organizing monthly Reward and recognition ceremony at circle level
- Adherence to Reward and recognition policy and managing circle 'R&R Budget
- Statutory compliance,
- Associates' life cycle management.
Essential Attributes:
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Planning and Organising
- Good Interpersonal relationship
- Strong desire to deliver task at hand.
- Good Time Management skill.
- Good Knowledge on HR subject.
- Good working skill on computer, Excel, MS, PPT etc.
