Planning & Driving Engagement Activities:
- Design annual engagement calendar for HO, regions and branches
- Collaborate with regions and business to identify the gaps in engagement levels and devise targeted engagement plans
- Conceptualise and execute initiatives to increase the employee engagement levels of the organisation
- Monitor the level of participation and the effectiveness of the initiatives executed
Organizing & Managing Events:
- Evaluating and shortlisting vendors to drive engagement activities considering cost, quality and reach
- Organize and manage employee events along with internal teams and external vendors
- Develop and implement event plans including timeline, budget and resource allocation
- Oversee all event logistics including audiovisual requirements, event set up, design and dcor, material and on-site management
- Champion recognition programs and act as the custodian of Long Service Awards
- Conduct focus group discussions and engagement surveys
Communication & Reporting
- Liaison with regional and business teams to drive a unified engagement plan
- Plan and drive communication by collaborating with internal and external design teams before and after the engagement activity
- Prepare regular reports on engagement metrics and trends
Manage the Engagement Budget:
- Effectively allot and manage expenses of the activities planned across the country
- Create a detailed budget for every activity and monitor the expenditure to ensure all expenses are tracked
- Responsible for empanelling new vendors and processing invoices in a timely manner
