Job Description:
Our client, a tier-one law firm is looking to hire an HR Professional for their Employee Engagement role for their Mumbai office.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with HODs and employees in the relevant location to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies.
- Counsel Managers and employees on the most effective solutions to resolve issues.
- Inter departmental co-ordinations & communication
- To design and deliver the workforce engagement strategy
- To coordinate and evaluate the effectiveness of the workforce engagement strategy.
Requirements :
- At least a Master's degree in HR.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience from professional services, law firms, Consulting MNC's.
- Individual contributor using in-depth HR knowledge to execute the entire gamut of HR processes as an independent stakeholder & if required challenge traditional solutions with new ideas.
- Excellent decision making & analytical skills
- Strong verbal & non-verbal communication
- Ability to take quick decision while working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
- Experience with MS office
