- Articulate, Drive & Manage all HR lifecycle Processes and Ensure timely closure of HR activities within the Account.
- Manage end to end employee life cycle including on boarding for new joiners, confirmation, performance appraisals, grievance handling, employee relations and employee separation
- Partner with the respective Business Leaders and HR team to drive people processes like performance appraisal, Annual rewards and recognition, Band Progression etc.
- Review and analyse business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience (Attrition Analysis, Early Warning Signals, Retention, Engagement levels, Contingency Planning)
- Responsible for carrying out Induction sessions for new joiners.
- Own the complete engagement charter - managing town halls, driving events across accounts, drive leadership connects across account.
- Carry out exit discussions and minimize attrition numbers, Lead career conversations and employee counselling on career paths, handling employee grievances via one to one connects.
- Travelling to client offices to drive employee conversations, focused group discussions and focus on resolution of the employee grievances.
- Ensure Business compliance and policy adherence & ensure 100% closure of HR SLAs
- Ensure timely MIS reporting, attrition reports and talent profiling.
