Position Description :
- Manage and drive engagement actions
- Be the champion for internal communication across multiple channels
Roles & Responsibilities :
Responsibilities will include :
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives.
- Talent Management initiatives
- Coordinate and conduct engagement events
- Anchor communication plans - manage multi channel reach as per plan
- Ensure smooth relationship between the management and the employees through effective handling of employee concerns / queries to resolve work related issues
- Manage interfaces with alumni / exit analysis and insights
- Develop internal communications and ensure maximum reach by leveraging appropriate channels
This includes collaterals for townhalls, presentation templates, newsletters, organizational announcements, and other internal emails
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure timely circulation of communications
- Provide communication support to various business functions
- Strengthen Company narrative with social media posts and timely website updates
- Ensure consistency of tone and visual language across key organizational content assets
