Role : Manager HR - Employee Engagement
Reports into : Head - Human Resources
Purpose of the Role: As a HR Employee Engagement Partner for businesses, provide support and leadership to drive the HR & Employee engagement strategy and ensure seamlessness and consistent employee experience on people processes and foster positive cultural change.
Job Objective & Key Interactions
Role Overview
As an Employee Engagement Manager, you will be the driving force behind cultivating a dynamic, inclusive, and high-energy culture across organization. You will plan, execute, and amplify employee events, experiences, and initiatives that fuel excitement, belonging, and a deep emotional connection with the brand. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to roll out a high-impact calendar of engagement aligned with our vision to be a BEST employer.
Key Responsibilities
Culture & Experience
- Champion the organization culture across all levels by designing high-impact programs that align with the company's values and vision.
- Support rollout of company-wide engagement surveys, pulse checks, and feedback mechanisms to measure morale and drive continuous improvement.
Event Management & Celebrations
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver memorable experiences.
Communication & Branding
- Create engagement communication content (emails, posters, social posts, newsletters, and videos) that captures the vibe and spirit of the organization
- Partner with internal communications and marketing to showcase engagement stories and highlight our people across social media and internal platforms.
Wellness & Belonging
- Drive holistic employee well-being programs - physical, mental, emotional, and financial health.
- Coordinate sessions like yoga, mindfulness, fitness challenges, health talks, etc.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a culture of respect and inclusion.
Rewards, Recognition & Volunteering
- Own the planning and execution of rewards and recognition programs - from Spot Awards to quarterly and annual recognition.
- Partner with HR and CSR to drive community impact through employee volunteering programs.
- Measurement & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report the impact of engagement initiatives using data, participation rates, and employee feedback.
- Create dashboards and monthly engagement scorecards for leadership.
Skills
- Proven experience in coaching high-performing leadership teams
- Proven experience in successfully driving organizational change, and in translating business objectives into effective HR strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills, including coaching, presentation, listening and negotiating as well as networking and influencing
- Strong Financial acumen and operational knowledge. Ability to quickly learn and understand how the business works
- Fluent in written and spoken English is must ++ other regional languages would be an added advantage
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of latest HRIS / HRMS software and functionalities.
- Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with HR processes and procedures.

Education & Experience
- Prior working experience with Founder's would be an advantage
- Minimum 5 - 12 yrs of working experience
- Professional education within HR, MSW, PM&IR or relevant from well-regarded institutes / University
- Strong track record in Employee Engagement
- Knowledge and understanding of best practice employee engagement theory, preferably within the manufacturing or high growth industries having B2C / D2C businesses
- Familiarity with medium to large sized organizations and matrixed structures/reporting lines
- Experience in setting up and introducing new employee engagement platforms (e.g. Teams, Workplace, Slack)
