Must have :
- Overall experience minimum 8+ years
- Min 6-7 years of relevant experience of Employee engagement and Internal Communications.
- Should have deep understanding of the internal communication and Employee engagement
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong Project Management skills
- Stakeholder Management
- Vendor & Budget Management
- Proficiency on MS Office
Nice to have :
- Experience of BFSI / NBFC will be an added advantage
- Certification in psychometric tools will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of learning and development best practices (preferred its a plus, nice to have)
