Employee Engagement & Events Specialist - HR Function

- Craft a Compelling Employee Experience: Plan and execute engaging company-wide events, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives to boost morale and enrich the employee journey.

- Conduct research on current trends and best practices in employee engagement and employer branding, proposing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

- Develop and manage a comprehensive communication plan across various internal and external platforms to keep employees informed, motivated, and connected.

- Coordinate engaging team-building activities (both virtual and in-person) to strengthen collaboration, camaraderie, and a positive workplace culture.

- Foster a sense of community and collaboration by supporting the global and local execution of the Events plan.

- Partner with the Marketing Team and Online Reputation Management (ORM) team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that elevate our employer brand and attract top talent.

- Leverage your understanding of current HR trends to ensure our EVP remains competitive and aligns with evolving employee needs.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.

- HR certifications are a plus.

- Passion for driving positive organizational change through innovative employee engagement strategies.
