Job Description:

Position - SAP SF EC Lead

Work Type: Contract

- Location: Remote ,Bangalore

- Experience: 6-9 years

- Highest Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. (Comp. Science)

- Duration: 1 year

- Notice Period: Immediate

Job Responsibility:

- Must have done at least 2 to 3 end-to-end implementations in EC.

- Requirement gathering, Worked on Best practice implementation process.

- Partner with Client team to review requirements, design, build and implement solutions.

- Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML, testing, and integration.

- Workbook preparation and alignment with clients to fill the workbooks.

- Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, variable pay components and valuation, workflows, RBP.

- Familiar with SF org chart and employee data migration utility in SF.

- EC- Must have experience on end-to-end implementation on Employee Central Core, business rules, mass load data conversion etc.

- Experience with Ad hoc reporting.

- Configuration, testing and deployment of SuccessFactors based solutions.

- Partner with Client team to complete required documentation.

Good to have:

- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution (Associate & Professional level).

- Good in communication Skills.

- Should be able to handle client independently.

- 2 to 3 End-to-End Implementation Experience.
