Our initial success with our visionary Fortune 500 clients has helped us prove our market potential and has put us on an expansion path.   We are headquartered in California and have recently set up an office in India. With the India team size of 10, we are looking to rapidly grow this team. Next year, our plan is to grow 5 times our current size based on business forecast.  This role will be a multi-faceted role comprising solution development, project management, client management and hands on execution.  Your responsibilities will include:  Conducting business impact analysis of various HR and L&D initiatives:  - This involves designing business metrics for training, correlating metrics to financial or strategic metrics, quantifying impact using simple excel analysis, making compelling client presentations and survey design  Executing talent analytics projects:  - This will involve designing metrics for various functions, identifying talent and competency gaps, and recommending various talent strategies.  Thought leadership:  - Research on futuristic ideas in the talent analytics space and educate customers via whitepapers and presentations.  Skills and attitude required:  - Should have good excel and presentation making skills  - Should have had experience in directly interacting with clients  - Business acumen  - Research oriented  - Self managed, go-getter.
