Total Experience :11+ yrs.

Note : Healthcare/Homecare experience is mandatory.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

- Territory Management: Take ownership and oversee all operations and business activities within the assigned territory.

- Revenue Generation: Identify and tap into the homecare needs of the elderly population, specifically focusing on nurses and attendant requirements. Develop strategies to generate revenue by providing customized and high-quality homecare services.

- P&L Ownership: Assume full responsibility for the profit and loss of the territory.

- Develop and execute financial plans to achieve revenue targets, manage costs, and maximize profitability.

- Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team of professionals, including nurses, attendants, and administrative staff. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team members deliver excellent service and achieve individual and team objectives.

- Need Identification: Collaborate with the team to identify the specific needs of elders within the territory and develop suitable service packages to meet those needs. Ensure a personalized and compassionate approach in addressing the requirements of elderly individuals and their families.

- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the territory, including market expansion, new service offerings, and strategic partnerships. Continuously analyse market trends, competition, and customer feedback to drive innovation and stay ahead of industry developments.

- Ethical Leadership: Demonstrate ethical behaviour and foster a culture of integrity, compassion, and respect within the territory. Uphold Emoha's values and principles while interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

- Accountability and Dependability: Be accountable for meeting set targets and deadlines.

- Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

- Minimum 11 years of experience, preferably in the healthcare domain, with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of the homecare industry and healthcare services for the elderly.

- Background as an ex-army personnel or a combination of doctor and ex-army personnel is highly desirable.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

- Proven track record in P&L management and achieving revenue targets.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Ethical, compassionate, and empathetic towards the elderly population.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment.
