Role Objective:
Plan, Develop, Execute and Activate Corporate and Bulk channel for targeted sales numbers. A passionate individual who is self-directed and energetic with similar experience and a proven record for significant contribution in corporate sales, corporate engagement, liaising, concept selling & strategic alliances.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build new distribution channels and maintaining relationships with CHROs/ HR Heads, Business Managers and other decision makers in an organization
- Direct all aspects of sales, revenue attainment and management of channel partnerships.
- Create and develop revenue generating partnerships with Agents, Resellers and Service providers.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, operations and solution teams to develop strategic sales initiatives.
- Decide with management for Annual Sales target and prepare sales plan for business lead efforts to evaluate, identify and secure large product channel deals.
- Prepare marketing materials for the corporate meetings and manage complete end to end execution of the detailed Plan.
- Develop sales training sessions and manage efforts to improve sales techniques, tactics and best practices.
- Stich Brand Partnerships with various online and offline brands for doing bulk deals.
- Analyze company's product performance in market and research for new trends.
- Conceptualize, plan and execute business line and firm level events.
- Provide business inputs and ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness in services.
- Measure and report on the success of assigned partners.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancement to partners.
- Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
- Maintain documented efforts data.
Qualifications:
- MBA, preferably from Tier 1 institute
