Emoha - Product Designer

Role:

Product Designer will focus on the user and make sure we're solving the right problems with the best solutions. Will guide teams through complex problem spaces on their journey to get to simple, user-friendly solution and ensure our mission & vision is providing our users with these same great, powerful, and delightful experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Shape and communicate a compelling long-term design strategy and vision

- Shipping exceptionally high UX quality on the projects

- Developing baseline knowledge and deep expertise in your product area

- Experience with prototyping and taking a product/feature from the idea stage through to launch and validation. Knowledge of current UX best practices, including user research and accessibility across and web.

- Product thinking, considering the business goals, implications, and possibilities of design solutions. To think about how a problem affects the entire system and can see the bigger picture. Balancing between craft, speed, and the bottom line.

- User- centricity, putting the user at the heart of the solution, thinking like a user and actively advocating for creating the best experience for them

- Suggest technology solutions pacify decision making with a focus on the core systems, technology strategies and standards

- Product architecture and design best practices

- Prepare detailed project plan with timelines

- Communication and Collaboration, being a great team player, and very open to feedback. Actively involved in articulating and presenting ideas to other stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as UI/UX Designer

- Experience of working with cross-functional teams

- Attention to detail

Qualifications:

- BCA/B.Tech. - Computer Science & Engineering

- Preferred - M.Tech./MCA
