- The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the continuous quality improvement activities for assigned projects and departments according to the established quality standards.
- Oversees quality assurance and compliance functions, ensure programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and elders receive the highest level of care.
- Effective Business mapping, As-is Analysis & Gap Analysis
- Researching and developing quality improvement programs to provide services that lead to better healthcare outcomes
- Forte in Business process design and documentation
- Qualitative project management using Six Sigma methodologies
- Continuous process improvement by implementing industry best practices and Artificial Intelligence tools
- Business Metric creation and management
- Development of Quality Dashboards and MIS development
- Development of version control quality documents and manage internal and external audits
- Develop effective metrics for a review mechanism
- Perform ongoing analysis of gaps in clinical care and ensure alignment of all interventions with the strategic plans.
- Ensure all departments comply with and understand the quality program, reporting elements, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to facilitate ongoing practices and improvements
- To identify Non-compliance with documentation audit, care plans & incomplete visits.
- To ensure that all elder care is delivered based on the customized care plan and specific instructions as agreed by internal stakeholders
- To identify and escalate any non-compliance clinical findings to respective stakeholder
- To maintain quality standards across functions
- To prepare and maintain version control SOPs and documents across functions

Qualification :
- B.Sc Graduate
- Preferred - Post Graduate / MBA with experience in Artificial Intelligence tools
- Six Sigma Certification - Green belt (mandatory)
