Description :

We are looking for the Head of Technology to oversee all IT functions at Emoha and be accountable for the company's technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies. Should have proven Experience of working into new-age languages (Node.js, React.js, React Native, etc.)

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals

2. Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management

3. Analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs

4. Identify and execute business process improvements related to technical applications, systems and client implementations

5. Represent the company's software development expertise in winning of new business along with the sales department

6. Forecast, plan, research and select new technologies enabling the company to attain its goals

7. Provide strategic direction for technical assessment, definition, prioritization, architecture, design and deployment of new products and services

8. Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency

9. Implementation of timely update and improvements of all Applications

10. Ensure proposed new features and capabilities integrated into existing networks using the company's current and future network technologies

11. Identify the need for upgrades, configuration or new systems and report to relevant stakeholder

12. Control budgets and report on expenditure

13. Manage the IT team and ensure the timely delivery of all planned activities

14. Guide and support the team for any betterment required in existing or new products developed

15. Assist in building relationships with partners and creating cost-effective contracts

Requirements :

1. Proven experience in Senior Technology roles in a fast moving start-up

2. Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications

3. Sound understanding of computer systems, applications and networks

4. Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative

5. Ability to concentrate and complete tasks in a timely manner

6. Excellent organizational and leadership skills

7. Should have exposure to app based world

8. A young leader, preferably from Ed-Tech/Health-Tech industry

Qualification : B.Tech./M.Tech. (Computer Science) - only IIT pass-outs
