Your Day to Day is:

- Build, retain and groom a strong team as per assigned hierarchy to ensure delivery across vertical, should be someone who is ready to be on ground with team for helping them to achieve the targets, month on month.

- Jointly working with the senior management to chalk out a growth strategy and business plan for the company to meet its vision and goals

- Set goals, define KPIs and ensure team tracks effectively towards goals

- Understand elder needs, vertical drivers, identify avenues to start play/ scale up

- Ensure quick turnarounds for innovations and alignment across vertical

- Use consumer/vertical/competitor understanding to identify need gaps and create an innovation pipeline across vertical

- Desire and ability to think like a customer, a great player into direct sales (D2C, B2C)

- Manage leader relationships and be responsible for all escalations across levels in assigned geography as per vertical

- P&L owner for the vertical and build capabilities to manage sales and delivery

- Ideate and implement digital campaigns for lead generation and build strong pipeline on prospects

- Build productivity measure bench marking for team, should be a good reader of people's capabilities, an astute planner

- Should have leadership qualities, loves to lead by example under extreme circumstances

- Willing to take calculated risks to grow the vertical

- Should have an entrepreneurial mindset

- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them for completion

- Conduct a thorough competitor analysis with respect to pricing, services offered etc.

- Responsible for strategizing and executing initiatives to increase referral footfalls to meet the top line goals/targets.

- Willing to travel

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

- 2+ years of sales management experience, preferably in a start-up environment

- 7+ years in an outbound inside sales environment

- 2+ years of experience into digital lead generation and management

- A consistent track record of exceeding performance goals, while not compromising on quality

- Expertise in setting up B2C and various other sales and marketing processes

- Deep experience of working on CRMs and a process oriented individual

- Ability, passion, and desire to do what it takes to drive consistent team results, while maintaining a strong team culture.

- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and work

- A strong bias towards action, and are comfortable balancing competing priorities

- Excellent English communications and interpersonal skills

- Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial/ start-up environment.

- Persistent in following up and closing deals.

Qualifications:

- PGDM/MBA in Marketing

Experience Required:

- Minimum 7+ years of sales management experience in a business-to-customer (B2C) sales environment
