Emoha Elder Care - Head - Technology

- We are looking for the Head of Technology to oversee all IT functions at Emoha and be accountable for company's technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals

- Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management

- Analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs

- Identify and execute business process improvements related to technical applications, systems and client implementations

- Represent company's software development expertise in winning of new business along with sales department

- Forecast, plan, research and select new technologies enabling company to attain its goals

- Provide strategic direction for technical assessment, definition, prioritization, architecture, design and deployment of new products and services

- Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency

- Implementation of timely update and improvements of all Applications

- Ensure proposed new features and capabilities integrate into existing networks using company's current and future network technologies

- Identify the need of upgrades, configuration or new systems and report to relevant stakeholder

- Control budgets and report on expenditure

- Mange the IT team and ensure the timely delivery of all planned activities

- Guide and support the team for any betterment required in existing or new products developed

- Assist in building relationships with partners and creating cost effective contracts

Requirements :

- Proven experience into Senior Technology roles

- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications

- Sound understanding of computer systems, Applications and networks

- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative

- Ability to concentrate and complete a tasks in a timely manner

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Qualifications :

- B.Tech - Computer Science & Engineering from a premier institute, preferably from IIT.

- Preferred - M. Tech / MCA
