We're looking for a passionate and driven individual to lead digital marketing team and initiatives at Emoha thereby adding to the growth of the organization. The responsibilities would include:

- Driving the online Lead Generation and management, Marketing, PR and Branding initiatives at an organizational level

- Work across a cross-functional team: Content, Community and Product Teams, with a goal to increase brand visibility, increase community and drive revenue growth

- Partnerships and syndication's with influencers, brands and partners across owned and affiliate platforms for content and community initiatives

- Manage a team to drive wide range of other functions, including Performance Marketing, PR, Events, Brand and Social Media together

- Accountable for Digital Marketing roadmap and support with own Digital Marketing expertise to focus on growth

- Manage and improve online content and Google Analytics

- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment

- Monitor competition and be innovative on ideas

- Stay updated with digital technology developments

- Oversee all the Social Media accounts

- Assist leadership in preparing financial budgets for expenses of entire marketing operations and ensure delivery of results via various plans in action.

Skills Required:

- Experience building growth stage marketing strategies with a focus on brand visibility and customer acquisition across multiple channels

- Must have worked on growth side of an App first organization, strategized and delivered millions of acquisitions of App.

- Hands on experience in designing, implementing and generating business through Digital Marketing Campaigns

- Hands-on experience on tools like clevertap, branch.IO, etc.

- Led teams and have drove them to achieve higher results month- on- month

- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function

- In depth knowledge of online marketing tools and industry best practices

- Has a creative blend of mind

Qualification:

- MBA - Marketing from a Premier B School
