Job Summary: (Must be able to speak kannada) The Human Resource General Manager is responsible for leading and managing the HR function, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR strategy to foster a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Management: - Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. - Collaborate with leadership to align workforce planning with company growth. - Drive organizational development and change management initiatives. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: - Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. - Develop strategies for employer branding and talent retention. - Implement succession planning and leadership development programs. Employee Relations & Engagement: - Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement programs. - Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Performance Management & Training: - Implement performance appraisal systems and career development plans. - Identify training needs and execute learning & development initiatives. - Coach managers on effective leadership and team development. Compensation & Benefits: - Ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages. - Manage payroll, incentives, and statutory compliance. - Conduct market benchmarking and salary revisions. Compliance & HR Operations: - Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and HR policies. - Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS systems. - Drive digital transformation in HR processes. Key Qualifications & Skills: - Education: MBA / Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience: 10+ years in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and industry best practices. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to drive HR transformation and change management initiatives. - Experience in the solar manufacturing or renewable energy sector is a plus. - Language Requirement: Must be able to read and write Kannada. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Employee retention & engagement scores. - Recruitment turnaround time & quality of hires. - Compliance with labor laws and HR policies. - Training effectiveness and employee development metrics.
