This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR strategy to foster a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Management: - Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. - Collaborate with leadership to align workforce planning with company growth. - Drive organizational development and change management initiatives. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: - Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. - Develop strategies for employer branding and talent retention. - Implement succession planning and leadership development programs. Employee Relations & Engagement: - Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement programs. - Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Performance Management & Training: - Implement performance appraisal systems and career development plans. - Identify training needs and execute learning & development initiatives. - Coach managers on effective leadership and team development.
