Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute on urgent and strategic key projects for the Investment & Strategy team

- Partner with a range of stakeholders across the org to ensure the team is well prepared for all internal and external meetings / interactions, including supporting with preparation of key papers / inputs for investor meetings, fund raise including IPO processes and compliance

- Lead Financial Planning and Analysis to deliver key collaterals for corporate finance related decisions

- Preparation and liaison for all Fundraise Collaterals - PPT, Financial Projections, Term Sheets, Shareholder Agreement

- Provide / collate all information required for Fundraising conversations and closures

- Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.

SKILL REQUIRED:

1. At least 3-10 years' experience in corporate finance, strategy and Investment teams.

2. People with experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, or Corporate Finance experience preferred

3. CA/CFA/MBAs preferred

4. Needs to understand fundamentals of corporate finance, financial modelling, legal agreements related to fundraise

5. Extreme attention to detail and high degree of ownership & accountability needed as you will be driving critical fundraising and business operation projects at the company

6. Great written and verbal communication skills as you will be interfacing with Private Equity /VCs and HNIs clients
